Application Scope:

Vacuum oil filling plant is mainly applied in filling oil under vacuum to distribution transformer, amorphous alloys transformer and other electric insulation product (drying could be selected according to product characteristics).

Since 1992 - KAIXUAN VACUUM has been committed to develop the process and configuration of vacuum oil treatment.

In 1994 - successfully developed vacuum drying plant with oil filling for HV instrument transformers.

In 2003 - successfully developed vacuum oil filling plant for amorphous alloys transformer and was put into operation in SHANGHAI ZHIXIN ELEC CO., LTD.

In 2005 - successfully developed vacuum oil filling plant for traction transformer and was put into operation in CSR ZHUZHOU.

In 2013 - continuously developed special kinds of vacuum oil filling plant and were put into operation in Bombardier CHANGQIAN, SENYUAN ELECTRIC HENAN, ABB JIANGSU and others.

In 2014 - hosted and drawn up National Standard "Amorphous alloy core transformer vacuum filling plant" (JB/T 12010-2014), "High voltage mutual inductor vacuum drying & filling plant" (JB/T 12011-2014), "High voltage mutual inductor compositive vacuum filling plant" (JB/T 12012-2014) and issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT).
