E-beam optical coater can deposit more layers of short-wave-pass, long-wave-pass, anti-reflective film, reflective film, filter film, spectral film, band-pass film, dielectric film, high reflective film, color reflective film and other film system, with capacity not only to achieve multi-layers film coating, but also to meet the technical requirements of many film system in vacuum deposition, such as the vacuum coating for automotive reflective glass, telescopes, optical lenses, optical lenses, cold light cup products, etc. With different evaporation sources equipped, electron guns, ion source and thickness monitoring and control device, it is able to coat a variety of film systems with different depositing materials evaporated such as metals, oxides, compounds and other high-melting-point materials. It also can coat super-hard film on glass panel.
