Vacuum Aluminum Annealing Furnace

Application Scope:

Vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is one kind of vacuum brazing. The design difficulty is a little bit higher because the temperature uniformity in the low temperature range ( 300 to 500 ℃)  needs to be guaranteed, so the design is difficult. Vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is mainly applied for aluminum alloy welding, including bellows, aluminum finned tubes, or aluminum radiator, etc.   

Characteristics:

Kaixuan’s vacuum aluminum brazing furnace with the metal insulation shield and the nickel-chromium alloy heater can make sure a small deflation and a good vacuum performance. Maximum vacuum level of the conventional brazing furnace is 10-4Pa, small furnace 10-5Pa. Its heating system adopts multi-zone temperature control to ensure the temperature uniformity in furnace working area.

Regarding to the heater layout design, Kaixuan aluminum brazing furnace is equipped with a large area heating strips, while combined with a separate temperature control to ensure the temperature uniformity at the low temperature range.  Heating strips are set separately for a quick dismantle or change.

Our brazing furnace adopts our patent structure of cooling fan (patent no.: ZL201420568162.0). This technology solves the problems of pollution caused by motor and the furnace adopts inner cooling system which uses the space inside furnace as cooling guide. It has been optimized compared with the outer circulation cooling system before. The furnace takes less place, and is easier to be controlled, operated and maintained after being optimized, which improves production efficiency and reduces production cost.
