Application Scope:
Vacuum air-cooled oil quenching furnace is applied for vacuum quenching on metal material to improve the hardness and fatigue strength. The treatment can protect the workpieces from oxidation, decarbonization and they will have batter hardness uniformity, less deformation, the surface brightness.
Characteristics:
Our vacuum quenching furnace includes: high pressure quenching furnace (single working room, double working rooms) and gas cooled oil quenching furnace (with double working rooms), etc.
We had designed and manufactured gas quenching furnace (with double working rooms) in 2002. In 2003, we had designed and manufactured gas-cooled high-pressure (6-10bar) gas quenching furnace, which accumulated much experience for specific quenching furnace production in the next.
Gas-cooled system equips with high efficient copper heat exchanger and special fan, which ensure the cooling capacity is strong enough.
The heating chamber is mainly equipped with graphite heating element and insulated by graphite felt, graphite felt has two types: soft felt and hard felt. The temperature of graphite can reach 2000℃ when the furnace equipped with the graphite hard felt, it can assures operation performance and service life.
The vacuum furnace has two types: vertical type and horizontal type, vertical vacuum furnace equipped with square heating chamber.

For the furnace with same size working area, the one with the smallest heating area and smallest body can reduce unit volume of heating power and nitrogen consumption efficiently.
Our furnaces equipped with special structure nozzle (patent no.: ZL201320888450.x), which can reduce 1/5-1/4 heat loss compared with general furnaces at premise of assure the cooling rate.
Our furnace designed in composition style which take less floor space and save install space.
