Application Scope:

Vacuum water quenching furnace is double-chamber horizontal structure. Aqua-quench medium guarantees a quick cooling speed. Because water and high vacuum cannot co-exist, the design difficulty is very high. The furnace is mainly used for water-cooling solution treatment for materials like iron-alloy, high-temperature alloys.


Characteristics:

Vacuum water quenching furnace is our new developed furnace which is specially used for alloy solid solution processing. This furnace adopts double chamber structure-heating chamber and quenching chamber, between which a sluice valve is set for the blocking. Heating chamber can use graphite or molybdenum as material of heater and insulation. Choose diffusion pump according to the processing material. This furnace adopts special feeding structure and special operating process which could solve problems such as corrosion of transmission mechanism, oxidation of heating chamber, moisture of quenching chamber, etc
