Application Scope:
Vacuum sintering furnace is mainly applied for sintering of cemented carbide or strong magnetic materials. Porous powder compact casting can be turned into alloy with a certain structure or properties under environment of high temperature and vacuum. Protective gas such as hydrogen and nitrogen shall participate in this process if necessary in special cases.
Characteristics:
Our vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used on special alloy, special material, stainless steel, and the power of graphite, super hard material, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, etc. Heater can be graphite heater or metal heater equipped with corresponding insulation structure that can be selected by customer according to the sintering material. Temperature of vacuum sintering furnace can be 1300℃, 1600℃, 1800℃, 2000℃, 2200℃, 2400℃.
Our company has accumulated rich experience in power burning and purification under vacuum. Special structures of the furnace enable us to prevent the power from scattering inside the furnace and being absorbed into the vacuum system, which is important for operating life of heating element and vacuum pump.
