Application Scope:

Our small-sized experimental furnace can be used for vacuum annealing, magnetic annealing, vacuum brazing, vacuum sintering process, etc. It can conduct material experience/test, or technology study for college, research institute, factory R&D department. This kind of furnace can be equipped with the heater made of Nichrome, graphite Tungsten, Molybdenum according to different operating temperature requirement or furnace structure requirement. 


Characteristics:

Our experimental furnace adopts integration design. It is assembled on a steel frame with compact arrangement and takes less space for convenient transportation and installation. It can be used for multiple purposes under its operating temperature and vacuum degree. Optional working temperature of the furnace ranges from 300℃ to 2500℃. Following please see the specification of our experimental furnace, which is equipped according to process requirements, loading details provided by customers.
