Application Scope:
Jobs to be welded in this vacuum diffusion furnace will contact each other in order to make the atoms of the contacting surface diffuse and seep into each other under a certain temperature and pressure. This close contact will last for a certain time for a comprehensive welding. The furnace is composed of a vacuum resistance furnace and a compressing machine. It is mainly applied for welding bewteen different kinds of metals, metal and ceramics. When equipped with hot pressing mould, this furnace can be applied for job’s hot-press sinistering.
Characteristics:
Our experimental furnace adopts integration design. It is assembled on a steel frame with compact arrangement and takes less space for convenient transportation and installation. It can be used for multiple purposes under its operating temperature and vacuum degree. Optional working temperature of the furnace ranges from 300℃ to 2500℃.
