Application scope:
With medium frequency induction heating serving as its functioning principle, semi-continuous vacuum induction and casting furnace can smelt metal, inject the liquid into the mold and concrete the liquid into ingot under a certain pressure as complete vacuum equipment. Semi-continuous production is achieved through valves switching between the furnace chambers. This kind of furnace is mainly applied under vacuum state or gas protection for smelting and casting of material (such as: special steel, precision alloy, high temperature alloy, titanium alloy, rare earth metal, active metal, copper and copper alloy, hydrogen storage material, rubidiumlornboron, magnetic materials, etc) for research institutes or manufacturing enterprises.
